Rye Maple Old Fashioned
A twist on the Old Fashioned.
After learning there was a new distillery coming to town, I immediately wanted to feature their rye in a cocktail for the show.
If I were to do things a bit differently, I'd cut the maple syrup to 1/4oz, and make sure I had oranges to express and garnish with a swath.
Ingredients:
- 3oz Stearns American Avon Rye
- 1/2oz pure Maple Syrup
- 2 dashes Orange Bitters
- Cocktail Cherry garnish

Ladrian Soother v1
A vodka, ginger, rosemary sour. I think there are some improvements that can be made, so there may be a version 2 coming soon. This is very light, yet complex and layered, with the prevailing taste evolving through each sip.
Ingredients:
- 2oz Reyka Vodka
- 1oz Ginger Liqueur
- 1/2oz Rosemary Simple Syrup
- Lemon swath garnish
- Rosemary sprig garnish

Stimpak
A craft-able cocktail from the Fallout Universe. Created by How 2 Drink
This shot is actually very easy to make. The hardest part might be making the ginger simple syrup which just takes about an hour and lasts for quite a while. How 2 Drink has a great video on the process. The video on actually making the shot is just a drunken tirade on the merits of Fallout 1 and 2, which I am here for.
Ingredients:
- 1 oz. -or- 30 ml. Lemon Juice
- 1 oz. -or- 30 ml. Ginger Syrup
- 1 oz. -or- 30 ml. Vodka
- .25 oz. -or- 8 ml. Suze

Zolodone
Based on the apathy-inducing drug. Kross asked me to create this based on the feeling of numbness that occurs after consumption. So I just put a bunch of absinthe in a measuring cup, added a couple drops of lime juice and simple syrup, and made sure I had the lime in hand to suck on after taking this shot. I do not recommend this. Add more sugar, or do something else entirely.
Ingredients:
- 1 shot Absinthe
- Little bit of simple syrup
- Little bit of lime juice

Vanilla Daisy
At it's core, this is yet another whiskey sour, but it drinks so differently than that. The vanilla blends with both the bourbon and the fruit to produce a really complex, sweet, delicious cocktail.
Shake together the bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, and vanilla extract, pour it over a rocks glass with cracked ice, drizzle the grenadine over the drink, and garnish with a couple cherries.
Ingredients:
- 2oz Bourbon
- 1oz Lemon Juice
- 1oz Simple Syrup
- 2 Drops Vanilla Extract
- 1tsp Grenadine
- Maraschino Cherries
