This shot is actually very easy to make. The hardest part might be making the ginger simple syrup which just takes about an hour and lasts for quite a while. How 2 Drink has a great video on the process. The video on actually making the shot is just a drunken tirade on the merits of Fallout 1 and 2, which I am here for.

Ingredients:

• 1 oz. -or- 30 ml. Lemon Juice
• 1 oz. -or- 30 ml. Ginger Syrup
• 1 oz. -or- 30 ml. Vodka
• .25 oz. -or- 8 ml. Suze
